Attorney Ilaria Di Maria has expertise in the area of criminal law, with particular regard to the area of commercial and corporate criminal law. Over the years she has gained significant experience in administrative liability of entities arising from offences, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and participates, as legal advisor, in the study and implementation of Organisational Models required by legislation for the prevention of offences.

She currently holds the position of Chairman of Supervisory Bodies, established pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01, of commercial companies operating in the production of goods and services.
