Attorney Chiara Querci deals with disputes in the field of family law, succession and protection of family assets. Trained in family mediation, according to the systemic approach at the end of the two-year school at the Milan Family Therapy Centre of Boscolo and Cecchin, she has gained extensive experience in the negotiated settlement of conflicts while practising law, favouring solutions corresponding to the interests of the assisted parties in separation, divorce, those relating to children born out of de facto couples and inheritance matters.

In the absence of the prerequisites for a consensual settlement, it conducts clients’ matters of interest in the courts, providing all assistance for the protection of their rights, making use of a rich network of expert professionals in related matters such as psychodiagnostics (psychotherapists, psychiatrists) taxation (accountants and notaries) or expert engineers and architects.

He also deals with the protection of the weak and their moral, personal and property interests, receiving assignments as support administrator and special curator of minors from the Court of Monza.
